New Membership and Booking System (December 2020)

As I’m sure you are all well aware, training will be able to resume from Wednesday 2nd December 2020

During the latest lockdown we have been busy setting up a new, more comprehensive, membership management and booking system, with a club shop to buy hoodies etc. being added shortly.

As our old membership system has been running for many years and many people have never updated their details during this time, we felt it would be better to start afresh and ask everyone to register on the new system rather than importing them. Apologies for anyone who has recently registered! If you are receiving this email and no longer wish to be a member then you do not need to do anything and this should be the last email you receive from us.

The new system is called Wild Apricot and also includes a mobile app called ‘Wild Apricot for Members’ which can be downloaded from your app store. Once you have created your membership profile you will be emailed your log in details and you will be able to log in either through the web version or the mobile app. We will then approve your membership provided you are paying your monthly fees. Once your membership has been approved and we open up events for booking you will be able to book your sessions easily with a few clicks.

Monthly membership payments will continue to be made via standing order – for new members details will be emailed on registration. Only events, guest registrations and shop purchases will be payable online.

We would appreciate it if all athletes, coaches, committee members and volunteers could, in the first instance, register their membership. If this goes well we intend to open up booking for the first sessions on Sunday evening / Monday. Please follow the link below to register on the new system.

Despite the testing we have done, there will be teething problems, so bear with us. Any problems please don’t hesitate to contact me by replying to this or at
