Training Rules

Brickfields can only be used at the times booked by either Plymouth AC or Armada which are listed below (not including the endurance training sessions). Remember if you wish to train when PAC have booked the track you must speak to the head coach first and be willing to pay a fee.

Outside of these hours the track can only be used as a casual user. You must book in at the Sports centre and pay a small fee per user. If you do not then you are trespassing and invalidate any UKA insurance provided through your club or coach qualification.

When training at any time, please speak to the coaches who are there and co-ordinate the sessions. DO NOT USE LANE 1 FOR TRAINING TO PREVENT EXCESSIVE WEAR.  Please take any litter with you or use the bins.

We must respect this facility as it is the only one we have.

Minors Group (Ages 8 - 13):

A more advanced introduction to athletics with the opportunity to compete at the Indoor League as well as Young Athletes & Devon League competitions.
