Membership Levels

This allows users a one time free trial of 14 days to come along and see if you are interested in joining the club as a paying member.

Senior membership is for all athletes wishing to train during COPAC sessions and compete for COPAC. This membership includes all standard training sessions and England Athletics registration.  Club vests for competing athletes can be purchased through the club website shop. Payments are required on a regular monthly basis. We would prefer, where possible, new members to pay using card payment as this significantly reduces the administration load on committee members.

Minors are those between the ages of 8 and 12. Minors should only be attending specific Minors sessions unless invited by the lead coach to attend more senior sessions. This membership includes all standard training sessions and England Athletics registration.  Club vests for competing athletes can be purchased through the club website shop. Payments are required on a regular monthly basis. We would prefer, where possible, new members to pay using card payment as this significantly reduces the administration load on committee members.

Panthers are those children under the age of 8. They should only be attending specific Panthers sessions unless invited by the lead coach to progress to the Minors sessions. Payments are required on a regular monthly basis. We would prefer, where possible, new members to pay using card payment as this significantly reduces the administration load on committee members.

Family members should be those living together at the same address unless agreed with the committee. Fees are payable monthly by the main family account holder. Family member accounts can be set up with a code which will be provided at checkout. Free when linked to a full paying main family member account, a link or discount code is required for this membership level. Use the link or code from the main family member account to register as a linked family member. This membership includes all standard training sessions and England Athletics registration.  Club vests for competing athletes can be purchased through the club website shop. This membership level is for all university students whether studying in Plymouth or away but returning during holidays. This membership includes all standard training sessions and England Athletics registration.  Club vests for competing athletes can be purchased through the club website shop. Membership for non-training and non-competing volunteers, coaches and committee members.

This is a special discretionary membership level allowing the committee to apply reduced membership fees under special circumstances. Before applying for this membership level approval from the committee must be obtained. This membership includes all standard training sessions and England Athletics registration.  Club vests for competing athletes can be purchased through the club website shop. Payments are required on a regular monthly basis. We would prefer, where possible, new members to pay using card payment as this significantly reduces the administration load on committee members.

This level allows an athlete to train with the club and receive club correspondence but pay for each session as they go. Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. This may suit athletes who can only attend on an ad hoc basis or who want to try us for a while before committing to monthly payments. Athletes who do not regularly pay a monthly subscription do not automatically qualify for EA registration, however those that have regularly attended for a period of time and have good reason for not paying monthly may qualify at the discretion of the committee.
